Throughout the program, SDPs will be members of the Inside Sales team, directly supporting a region, and partnering with Area Sales Managers. SDPs will be part of the sales team plan and will play a critical role in the success of the regional objectives through leading trainings, customer interactions, and special projects.
Once SDPs have acquired the necessary skills for successful territory management, we work together to identify an Area Sales Manager position.
