About the Program:
The HRDP is a dynamic, fast-paced, rotational program designed to develop future HR leaders, especially in manufacturing. Over the course of three immersive rotations (lasting 9–12 months each), you'll gain hands-on experience across key HR areas:
- HR Strategy & Planning
- Business Acumen
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Labor Relations
- Employee Relations
- Compensation & Benefits
- Training & Development
- Performance Management
- Compliance & legal
- HR Data Analytics
Program Support & Career Path:
Throughout the program, you'll be paired with a senior leader and a peer mentor to guide your development. You'll build a personalized learning plan for each rotation and grow alongside a cohort of peers. Upon completion, you'll be eligible for HR generalist or specialist roles across the U.S.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business program is strongly preferred. Majors can include Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or similar programs.
- Passion for HR in a global, industrial setting; interest in manufacturing HR roles
- Previous HR internship experience and/or demonstrated transferrable HR skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once & thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Leadership and conflict management skills
- Growth mindset and strong communication
- Strategic thinking and data-driven decision making
- Commitment to inclusion and collaboration
Relocation:
As part of the rotational program, candidates must be able and willing to relocate to various Owens Corning locations across the United States several times. Relocation is a mandatory requirement for the role; relocation assistance is provided. Locations are subject to change.
