Who You Are

• You have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a relevant discipline (MBA, CMA, CPA preferred)
• You are able to be flexible and effectively manage competing priorities
• You have the ability to operate within a matrixed organization
• You encompass some ERP experience

About Atlanta Roofing & Asphalt Plant

The Atlanta Plant is a part of the OC Roofing Business Segment.

• The plant has been in operation since 1977
• 2023 Production: 2.3 million squares
• 140 employees, 4 shifts, single-line plant, producing asphalt-based roofing shingles (Oakridge)
• The plant is involved with several wellness, inclusion and community initiatives, including Habitat for Humanity

What You Will be Responsible For

As the Atlanta Plant Controller, you will be primarily responsible for the following –

• Living the safety stance, while adhering to all safety standards and responsibilities
• Ensuring the proper existence of & adherence to compliance and internal controls
• Partnering with Plant Leader to lead operations planning & plant processes
• Conducting financial planning, forecasting, reporting & analysis to create financial transparency and to encourage effective decision-making
• Actively leading and contributing within a cross-functional leadership team
• Driving plant productivity
• Leading a team of four and overseeing the Shipping department
