About the position

One of our brands, Paroc, manufactures and provides insulation material that help consumers and industries reducing their energy consumption.

 

We are looking for a Sales Lead to strengthen our high preforming sales team in Scandinavia. In this role you will develop strong customer relationships with decision-makers and influencers. Collaborating across the matrix organization to drive business success and maximizing business opportunities through value-based selling. This role will have the accountability of achieving sales results in alignment with the business strategy in Sweden.

 

What does success look like? 

  • Building confidential relationships with customers and key stakeholders and gaining understanding on customer needs
  • Proactively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities at early stages of project development
  • Providing consultative service and acting as a strategic advisor and serving as a key point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implementing sales plans with focus on long-term pipeline growth to achieve sales targets
  • Monitoring and analyzing industry trends and competition
  • Building strong partnerships with our commercial team in Scandinavia
  • Developing commercial savviness
  • Fostering an inclusive and diverse environment within the organization

 

Skills and capabilities necessary to succeed

  • Experience in project sales, preferably within the construction or building service industry.
  • Having a good technical understanding of building engineering and being capable of transferring this knowledge to value selling and solution development
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Pipeline management expertise, including forecasting, prioritization and opportunity tracking.
  • Strong influencing skills with a track record of building, negotiating and closing complex deals
  • A continuous improvement mindset to increase efficiency in our processes
  • Embracing development and learning for current and future roles
  • Conducting yourself with the highest ethical and moral standards
  • Willingness to travel extensively

 

 

Our expectations from you

  • Bachelor or Master’s level degree preferably engineering or Sales/Marketing
  • 5+ years of technical sales experience ideally within the building or construction industry.
  • Strong background in value based and consultative selling.
  • Proven experience in managing long sales cycles and complex project-based sales.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Willing to travel domestically
  • Location: Remote or Hybrid in Sweden, Stockholm area preferred
