Maintenance Apprentices

  • Electrical Instrumentation Apprentice and Mechanical Automation and Maintenance Fitting Apprentice  (at entry level Phase I)

Eligibility – All applicants must be 18 years of age or over on or before January 31st 2026.  Applicants must be born on or before January 31st 2008.

 

Educational Qualifications

Candidates will have obtained the following minimum requirements at the time of applying.  Grade D or higher at Ordinary Level in the Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) in one sitting in the following subjects;

  1. Mathematics
  2. Irish or English
  3. Science Subject*
  4. Any other 2 subjects

*Applied Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Physics and Chemistry, Agricultural Science

If you have not obtained the required grade in any of the above Science subjects the following is acceptable at Leaving Certificate Level: Art, Constructions Studies, Design & Communication, Graphics, Engineering, Home Economics, Technical Drawing and Technology.

An online assessment will be used as part of the recruitment and selection process
