Internship - Quality Assistant

Location: Chambery

Duration: 4 to 6 months

Start date: August/September

Join us and contribute to the promotion of quality culture across the company! We are looking for a motivated and curious intern to support our Quality Department in two major initiatives:

Main Missions

1. Development of Training Materials on Key Quality Tools and Lead trainings

You will help create modern and engaging educational content on essential quality tools such as:
- FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis)
- Root Cause Analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa, etc.)
- Other problem-solving and continuous improvement tools

Objective: Support employees' skill development through clear, structured, and visually impactful training.

2. Preparation of the Quality Week – November 2025

As part of the World Quality Week (led by the Chartered Quality Institute), we will organize our Quality Week in November. You will be involved in:

• Designing the program and communication materials
• Preparing videos to share testimonials
• Handling logistics (workshops, internal challenges, posters, etc.)
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders

Profile

- Student in Bac+3 to Bac+5 level studies (quality, QHSE, Communication or equivalent)
- Comfortable with office tools and presentation software (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.)
- Good synthesis and writing skills, team spirit
- Strong interest in quality culture – training and communication

- Writing/Speaking English fluently
