Work Location : 7300 Reames Road Charlotte, NC 28216
Shift: 4 pm to 2:15 am, Monday through Thursday
Pay: $23.50 per hour with occasional overtime opportunity

The Team Lead works in the business by ensuring that processes run smoothly and to work on the business by actively seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide leadership at the Tier 1 Meeting ensuring metrics are reviewed; metric misses are addressed with countermeasures, root cause identification, corrective actions, with assigned responsibility and target completion dates and ensure any support required is identified and verified.
- Maintain the integrity of Tier 1 and 2 Board data and information.
- Assign process/team members (Operators) to daily work assignments and ensure all required training and certifications are evaluated and complied with for the assignment.
- Perform regular lean process audits to verify integrity of lean standards
- Maintain housekeeping and safety of Tier 1 area. Provide training, demonstration and coaching to assigned process/team on lean tools and methodology
- Assist production leadership team with assessing team member development needs and developing training plans
- Hold regular engagements and GEMBA walk with operators to facilitate achievement of production requirements, consistency and teamwork
- Provide regular communication, feedback, coaching and ongoing support to operators regarding process
- Monitor and ensure a positive work environment for employee
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required
- 3+ years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting
- Experience directly leading people in an industrial manufacturing or maintenance operations environment is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative or matrix environment
- Able to communicate in English (written & oral)
- Strong leadership competencies (Attention to detail, Sense of Urgency, Strong Execution, Initiative, Self Starter)
- Candidate able to demonstrate stress tolerance
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks and projects
- Logic, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills
- Industrial Mechanical or Electrical aptitude preferred
- Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred
