We are currently seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to support customer sites and field operations within an assigned territory.

Work Location & Travel
Home-based with approximately 75% travel, including overnight travel as needed. Travel includes customer sites, job sites, manufacturing locations, and training support. The region is the Atlantic coast from Maine through Georgia and back into Mississippi. The ideal candidate is to reside in the Carolinas with access to a major airport.
What your day in this role might involve
Evaluate customer-rejected doors and document findings using CRM systems or claims documentation. Perform warranty repairs, communicate quality issues to manufacturing plants, serve as a liaison with customers, schedule and plan travel, manage expenses, develop remediation plans, act as a subject matter expert, train technicians, and partner with sales and management as needed.
What makes a successful Owens Corning Doors team member
- High School Diploma or GED; 4–6 years of customer-facing field or quality experience (doors preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel extensively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to safely use measurement tools and perform physical job requirements.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform repetitive movements, bend, twist, squat, kneel, and lift, push, or pull up to 40 pounds in field environments.
