PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Contractor Sales Lead – Lumber is responsible for building and scaling a Lumber contractor program and for developing the contractor relationships that will drive its growth. Initially, the role will lead the cross-functional design and launch of the program and will own and evolve the program as it becomes established.

This role serves as the front-end growth engine, generating qualified contractor demand, building early relationships, and transitioning opportunities to the sales team for ongoing account management and revenue capture. By identifying, developing, and converting new contractor relationships to expand Owens Corning’s presence in the Lumber business—particularly in new markets and underpenetrated regions—the role ensures contractor engagement, conversion, and long-term loyalty.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, requiring strong influence across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
