Digital Business Owner-Process Control Software (Ignition) and OT Network

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Business Owner for our Ignition Software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, with specific expertise in in ignition and OT structure.   Additionally, the candidate should possess an understanding of operations ERP process flow and operations models.

Location: Close to any existing Composites Facility (home office)

• Lead the digital transformation initiatives for the Ignition Software as we expand its use in data lake and operational recipe and management, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of Ignition Software, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the software.  Approver of all ignition programs.    Maintain a master list of all ignition systems and ensure optimized maintenance.
• Assist in the development and industrialization of OT network structure to ensure people, process and technology can interact with IOT, Business IT systems and internal controls. Identify and address any operational challenges or bottlenecks, implementing solutions to improve overall performance
• Develop and Manage Operational transparency tools such as OCTV in twin thread, ensuring accurate and efficient data management and reporting.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in digital business solutions, incorporating best practices into the division's operations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

• Proven experience in operations management, with a focus on glass and fabrics technical operations.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP process flow and operations models.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute complex digital transformation projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using Ignition Software or similar digital business solutions.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Familiarity with other ERP systems and digital business tools. Understanding of SAP, Ignition, network data flow, OT systems.
• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) would be advisable.
• Proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
• Experience with automation tools like UiPath or Blue Prism.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
