- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- 8-hour shifts

SUMMARY
The Production Associate/Technician–Drummer is a first-shift hourly role responsible for supporting the manufacturing process by accurately dispensing finished goods into 55-gallon drums. This position requires attention to detail, consistency, and adherence to safety and quality procedures.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities- Drumming of Materials and Dispensing of Product:
- Ensure a consistent and quality product of material produced
- Procedures must be followed exact quantities produced and dispensed
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods and demonstrate a consistent, steady hand for precise dispensing tasks
- Dispense finished product (spray insulation) into drums following exact quantity procedures
- Label drums/totes with production information and date
- Use hand tools including a drum torque wrench
- Palletize and band drums properly
- Follow loading instructions and drive production autonomously
- Read instruments and record data accurately
- Assist with quarterly inventory counts
- Re-label incoming materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Complete all required safety and job training
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
The employee should have the following:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required
- 1 years of manufacturing experience or related experience and/or training in an industrial environment
- Preferred: 1 year forklift operating experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be a US citizen or have the right to work in the US
- Must be drug and alcohol free
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires:
- Standing for prolonged periods of time, over 8 hours if required
- Work overtime, as needed
