ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH & SAFETY LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
Program Description
Participants in the Environmental, Health & Safety Leadership Program take part in a structured development experience located at a manufacturing facility. The nominal program duration is 24 months. During this time, participants receive experiential and formal training including:

Selection Criteria
|
|
A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health and Safety Management, Chemical Engineering or an equivalent field |
|
|
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above |
|
|
Previous relevant internships/co-ops in a manufacturing setting |
|
|
Ability to lead projects and develop project plans |
|
|
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills |
|
|
Willingness and flexibility to relocate during or upon completion of the EHS LP Program |
