JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manufacturing Process Automation Strategy and Roadmap:
- Develop and maintain a sustainable and scalable RPA program roadmap.
- Interact with stakeholders at all levels to create awareness of intelligent technology and identify candidate processes for automation.
Process Assessment and Prioritization:
- Evaluate existing processes across business units to identify RPA opportunities.
- Prioritize processes based on impact, complexity, and feasibility.
Project Management:
- Lead portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions.
Change Management:
- Champion automation adoption by fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Communicate the benefits of automation portfolio to stakeholders and guide them through the transition.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Define KPIs for automation success and track performance.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities.
Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with automation vendors to evaluate capabilities, capacity, and strategic agreements.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in the development and deployment of automation technology.
- Deep understanding of robotic process automation systems integration
- Proficiency with process integration and mechatronic systems.
- Demonstrated success in organization & planning of complex workstreams (Project Management)
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Advanced degree in science or engineering.
- Technical experiences in manufacturing or deploying automation with a detailed knowledge of current automation technologies including robotics and advanced manufacturing methods and technologies.
- Experienced in the development of specific automation manufacturing systems incorporating flexible and modular automation.
- Understands industry trends, direction and standards that guide new technology offerings, and uses technology and market intelligence to provide strategic recommendations on initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- Ability to perform system design, programming, simulation and testing.

- Managing high-impact, long duration engineering initiatives and projects; ensuring achievement of engineering plan and product quality.
