Job Title:  Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Location:  Grove City, OH

SUMMARY:  Production support position that completes assignments as designated by Operations Leader to process shipments and receipt of materials used in the process of thermal, acoustical, or structural parts as ordered by facility customers.

Hours: 6am - 4:30pm Monday thru Thrusday with occasional OT

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

• Complete necessary shipping and receiving documents, including but not limited to bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping labels, etc.

• Processes all goods receipts (GR) in SAP immediately and accurately upon physical receipt of goods
• Produces pick lists, BOLs in SAP
• Serves as main point of contact for inbound/outbound truck drivers
• Serves as Transportation Manager (TM) for the site coordinating pickups and deliveries in SAP

• Interfaces with Customer Service and customers to verify order quantities and/or ship dates.
• Schedules outbound freight logistics and work in process transfers.
• Assists in the taking of physical inventory and cycle counts as directed.
• Processes all production confirmations and scrap entries in SAP.
• Follows all safety and environmental guidelines as instructed by supervisor, lead operator, or written job control plans/instructions.

• Maintain clean and safe work area.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Pass company drug screen (prior to hire)
• Pass physical within 90 days of hire. 
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Must possess extremely strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task
• 1 year of manufacturing experience are preferred, but not required.
