Responsibilities:
- Live the Safety stand, adhere to the safety responsibilities
Promoting safety awareness and performance for self and others in all areas of responsibility to achieve full compliance with site and company standards and guidelines.
Develop and promote a safe working environment by supporting the implementation of safety program to achieve injury free plant.
- Delighting Customers to achieve world-class quality reputation
- Establish key controls inside plant to ensure customer FFUs are met all the time;
- Create new value for customer to form competitive edge in the market place;
- New project follow up from quality side

- #of Nonconformity classification and follow-up;
- Sample Tracking
- Customer acceptable standards
- PPAP submission
- Process capability assessment
- Visit customer plant to understand the quality issue and for increase customer relationship.
- Understand customer needs to ensure that the raw materials and products meet the specifications
- Drive Layered Process Audit to be a powerful process for quality assurance
- Make quality control plan be effective through statistical analysis and instruct relative dept. to conduct the countermeasure for processing control;
- Implement VDA 6.3 process audit and VDA6.5 product audit internally
- SPC control for wind customer, such like LM
- 30%-50% business travel to customer plant for verifying production sufficient
