Marketing Communications, Summer Trainee

Location: HELSINKI (hybrid)

Duration: Full-time between June – September time, depending on your availability

We are looking for a Summer Trainee to join our Marketing Communications team in Technical Insulation. In this role you will get opportunity to work closely with our small but driven MarComs team across Europe, while being part of a broader Technical Insulation Strategic Marketing team. Technical Insulation business unit provides insulation solutions for HVAC systems, industrial applications and OEM industry. The role is based in our office in Salmisaari, Helsinki.

What you will mainly do?

• Coordinating content development requirements for our Paroc website.
• Coordinating the production and localization of marketing materials and assets, both internally and with our agencies.
• Validate, coordinate and support in cleaning our marketing material bank.
• Supporting team with social media scheduling and coordination of SEM initiatives.     

What we are looking for:

• You are currently pursuing or nearing the completion of your University or University of Applied Sciences studies, with a keen interest in a career in marketing communications.
• You are proficient in navigating digital platforms.
• You have a natural talent for coordinating activities and a structured approach to your work.
• You understand the importance of effective communication and are confident in practicing it.
• You have a genuine interest in marketing communications and are eager to learn and grow.
• You are fluent in English and Finnish.
