Technical Specification Lead - PAROC Technical Insulation

Location: Hybrid in Finland, preferably in Helsinki

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical application support for our customers and creating and localizing technical marketing material enabling specification. You will be the bridge between product development, sales, and the market—translating complex technical insights into compelling value propositions that resonate with our customers.

What does success look like?

• Build strong partnerships with business leaders, sales teams, and customers to ensure our solutions meet evolving market needs.

• Design and deliver technical content enabling specification work

• Lead local product testing, certification, and compliance, ensuring our offerings exceed industry standards.

• Champion innovation by identifying market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for product and solution development.

• Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement within cross-functional teams.

Skills and capabilities necessary to succeed

• Strong technical background in construction, engineering, or related fields, with a passion for innovation and sustainability.

• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights and actions.

• Commercial acumen and a customer-centric mindset; you understand market dynamics and can articulate value propositions effectively.

• Proven project management skills, with ability of leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities, comfortable working in multicultural environments.

• A continuous improvement mindset, always seeking ways to optimize processes and deliver better outcomes.

Business Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in construction, engineering, or a related technical field.

• Professional proficiency in Finnish and English (written and spoken).

• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in technical support and or product development roles.

• Experience in leading mid-scale projects.

• Experience in the technical insulation business and change management.
