ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH & SAFETY LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

Program Description

Participants in the Environmental, Health & Safety Leadership Program take part in a structured development experience located at a manufacturing facility. The nominal program duration is 24 months. During this time, participants receive experiential and formal training including:

  • EHS Management Systems understanding and implementation. 
  • EHS procedure/policy development and implementation
  • EHS Training Development and Delivery
  • EHS Regulatory process
  • EHS Project Management
  • People Leadership and Influence
  • Manufacturing process knowledge

Selection Criteria

  • A Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health and Safety Management, Chemical Engineering or an equivalent field
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Previous relevant internships/co-ops in a manufacturing setting
  • Ability to lead projects and develop project plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness and flexibility to relocate during or upon completiong of the EHSLP Program

 

Details:

Salary: $70,000

Sign-on Bonus: $5,000

Relocation Stipend: $5,000 (if applicable)
