About The Program:
The Maintenance Manufacturing Leadership Program is a two-year program focusing on technical and leadership training at an Owens Corning manufacturing plant. Program participants will be mentored by experienced maintenance and engineering professionals, while being challenged by the various leadership opportunities found in a manufacturing environment such as:
- Safety leadership
- Project engineering
- Reliability processes
- Controls and automation
- Maintenance planning activities
- Supervisory leadership
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Total Productive Maintenance methodologies
In addition, you will develop the following skills necessary to be an effective manufacturing leader:
- Solve complex problems to develop, evaluate, and implement solutions
- Leverage analytics & data-based decision making
- Enhance leadership capabilities and lead teams
- Effectively communicate and elevate performance of self and others
- Strengthen technical expertise
- Understand customer-driven focus
At the conclusion of the Maintenance Manufacturing Leadership Program, you are placed in a full-time assignment as a Maintenance Supervisor/Leader at a North American Owens Corning manufacturing plant.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or relevant STEM major and/or field OR 4+ years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
- Previous relevant work experience/internships/co-ops in a manufacturing setting
