Production Supervisor

What you need:

• High School diploma required
• Associates degree or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2-3 years of manufacturing supervisory experience paired with leadership skills that inspire, motivate and encourage the floor workers and team leads to ensure that our employees are living the values of Owens Corning.
• A high level of personal integrity (self-esteem, confidence, honesty, and respect) are necessary qualities for selection and success to jump into our existing infrastructure without skipping a beat.
• Veterans with manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.

The minimum base salary for this position is $65,000 + bonus + benefits. base pay may increase depending on job related knowledge, skills and experience.
