Manitenance Manufacturing Leadership Program Professional

The Maintenance Manufacturing Leadership Program (MMLP) is a two-year, rotational program designed to prepare candidates primarily for technical roles in our manufacturing facilities. There are many career paths available upon completion of the program, including leadership and technical positions. Maintenance Manufacturing Leadership Program participants complete the entire program at the Owens Corning Klášterec nad Ohří manufacturing facility – Foamglas Division. During this time, participants will be mentored by experienced maintenance technical experts, manufacturing professionals to improve efficiency and develop manufacturing solutions.

 

Duration: The program lasts 24 months.

Rotations: Participants participate in rotations in the following areas:

• Maintenance Planning (6 months): Focus on process optimization and maintenance planning.

• Maintenance Management (6 months): Manage daily operations with oversight of maintenance activities and teams, gaining experience in department leadership and long-term planning.

• Equipment Reliability (6 months): Emphasis on improving equipment reliability and performance.

• Capital Project Management (6 months): Provides experience in managing projects related to plant infrastructure and equipment.

 

All areas include aspects such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM methodology) and internal safety programs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Involvement in plant equipment preventive maintenance programs and procedures.

• Identify and resolve issues in the production process.

• Maintain production equipment to meet organizational standards and minimize downtime.

• Focus on safety, automation, digitalization, strategic asset management and data analytics.

• Develop skills in safety, project engineering, reliability processes, maintenance planning

• Recommend and implement improvements to operations, equipment and documentation.

• Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.

 

After completing the Manufacturing Leadership Program, further collaboration within the plant will be discussed across European manufacturing plants (Sweden, Finland, Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Belgium, UK)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics or a relevant field.

• Willingness and flexibility to relocate within Europe.

• Knowledge of English.

 

WORK LOCATION:

First two years Owens Corning manufacturing plant (Pittsburgh Corning CR, Foamglas division), Klášterec nad Ohří.
