QC Engineer

- Adhere to safety requirements when implementing new processes. 在实施新流程时遵守安全要求

2. Ensure successful implementation of new process and product introduction into Plant. 确保新工艺和产品成功引入工厂

- Raw materials quality control; 原材料质量控制

- New raw materials and new products test; 新原料、新产品检测

- Set up and improve raw materials/products test procedure and policy; 建立和改进原材料/产品测试程序和政策

- Maintain and adjustment of testing instruments to ensure they are in good condition; 维护和调整测试仪器，确保其处于良好状态;

- Implementation and maintain of Quality Systems; 质量体系的实施和维护

- Internal and external system audit finding follow up and re-inspection; 内外部体系审核发现跟进和复查;

- Quality improvement project initiation and management; 质量改进项目的启动和管理

- Supervise Shift QC’s job; 监督指导轮班 QC 的工作

- Assist in handling quality complain issue; 处理质量投诉问题

- Participates in productivity/process improvement projects. 参与生产力/流程改进项目

- Reduce complaint and increase customer satisfaction through effective product quality control. 通过有效的产品质量控制，减少投诉并提高客户满意度

3. Team Leadership. 团队领导力

- Ensuring proper procedures and controls are in place. 确保适当的程序和控制措施到位

- Conduct product quality management training to QC Inspectors and operators. 对 QC 检查员和操作员进行产品质量管理培训;

- Work with customers to quickly resolve Issues 与客户合作快速解决问题

- Quality complaint or feedback vs. plant goals 达成工厂目标的质量投诉或反馈

- Consistently compliance with ISO9001 Quality Management system and other relavant qualifications. 始终遵守 ISO9001 质量管理体系和其他相关资格。
