About our process:

The Toronto Plant commenced producing fiberglass insulation early in 1978 and has continuously produced quality products for Canadian and American consumers.  With an overall compliment of approximately 150 employees, we strive to produce the best home building insulation available anywhere.  We are rather unique in that under one roof we receive raw materials and process them into finished consumer products.  This gives our people the opportunity to learn about and deal with a large variety of processes and equipment.

Job Responsibilities: 

 

We currently have an 8 month co-op opportunity for a 2nd, 3rd or 4th year Engineering Student.              

 

September 1, 2025 – April 30th, 2026


Undertake data management and administration process

Create or update process and/or technical drawings

Assist in process troubleshoot and analysis

Create and manage process audit findings and generate reports

Undertake small sized projects from concept to implementation

Support operation and process in data management processes

Assist Engineering with Root Cause Analysis

Required competencies and skills:  

Strong computer skills, ability to self-teach new software applications
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS excel

Familiarity with P&ID will be a plus
Must be results-oriented with a high level of self-direction and initiative
