Sales Lead

Overall Job Purpose
 Ⅰ. Project sales management: will be responsible for expanding our business scope based on project sale and establishing a stable sales in the long term

Ⅱ. Technical & distribution sales support: Securing technical knowledge base for operations and ensuring maximize sales network through connection with existing distributors and customers

 
Major Duties and Responsibilities

Ⅰ.  Project management

Live the safety stand, adhere to the safety responsibilities during the visit customers and job sites

Identify key market players and explore sales opportunities, especially waterproofing market

Build up strong relationships between OC and key market players

Implement specifying, follow up the projects and evaluate the performance in terms of successive rolling achievements

Analyze existing building codes and establish mid and long-term strategy to modify or create new ones for the differentiations of OC brands

 
Ⅱ.  Technical & distribution sales support

Increase the accuracy of market research and actively respond to market requirements through technical support using existing career or major

Knowing our customers for driving business growth through deep customer knowledge and market understanding
