Area Sales Manager - Paroc Technical Insulation

Location: Remote preferably in or around the Mälardalen area
We are looking for a Area Sales Manager for our Mälardalen/North area to be responsible for the sales of Paroc Technical Insulation. In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of named, existing customer relationships and create long-term demand for our products together with various stakeholders in the value chain, such as entrepreneurs and designers within HVAC segment.
About the position
- Managing sales and sales activities in your area
- You are responsible for key customers in your region, you manage cooperation with local dealers and entrepreneurs, you are the primary contact person for new customers, specifyers etc.
- Sales development
- You are responsible for the results of your region's sales in the short and long term
- Influencing the product and service range.
- Understanding customer needs and actively communicating them within the company in cooperation with product development and logistics
- Monitoring regulations, standards and building practices and influencing them through various stakeholders

What we expect from you

- Technical education in a relevant field, preferably at university level
- Strong desire to develop and grow as a value selling expert
- Willingness to travel, predominantly in the sales area, approximately 30-40% of working time
- Willingness to learn all about technical insulation
- Ability to work, indipendantly from your home office, in an international matrix organization
- Basic understanding of business management, more importantly a desire to learn more
- Good communication and interaction skills, ability to produce materials needed in your own work
- Ability to manage your own work and a solution-oriented approach
- Fluent in Swedish and English
