About the position

Paroc, our Stonewool business, manufactures and provide insulation material that help consumers and industries reducing their energy consumption. Here at Owens Corning we are fully engaged in reducing our CO2 emission by a series of ongoing investments.

 

We are looking for a Product Management Lead who will be partnering closely with the Strategic Marketing Leader, to define and develop a product portfolio supporting the executing of the Paroc Technical Insulation strategy. As a member of the Technical Insulation Marketing Leadership Team, you will also be accountable for building product roadmaps to support various business segments,  guide projects through the Stage Gate model, take ownership of the Enterprise Quality Management deliverables for the business unit and work closely with stakeholders in the Commercial, Quality, R&D, Operations, Marcoms and other functions to deliver products and solutions that will drive both revenue and margin growth.

 

This is a key role in the success of our business,  and will need a blend of understanding strategy, commercial requirements, customer preferences and technical capabilities. You will be leading, and coaching a team of seven experienced product management professionals  located in Sweden, Finland and Poland.

Business requirements

  • Bachelor and / or Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering
  • Relevant working experience working in an international position within the Product Management function, preferably in the insulation or building and construction industry
  • Experience in building and executing Product Roadmaps
  • Proven, inspirational Leader with the ability to lead vertically and horizontally
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to travel 20%
