Product Manager - Paroc Technical Insulation, Europe

Location: Remote or Hybrid in Sweden or Germany

About the position

Paroc, our Stonewool business, manufactures and provide insulation material that help consumers and industries reducing their energy consumption. Here at Owens Corning we are fully engaged in reducing our CO2 emission by a series of ongoing investments.

We are looking for a Product Manager who will be working closely with the Head of Product Management to develop and maintain a competitive product portfolio that meets customer needs and supports the executing of the Paroc Technical Insulation strategy. You will assist the creation of product roadmaps to support various business segments,  guide projects through the Stage Gate model, take ownership of the Enterprise Quality Management deliverables for your portfolio and work closely with stakeholders in the Commercial, Quality, R&D, Operations, Marcoms and other functions to deliver products and solutions that will drive both revenue and margin growth.

Skills and capabilities necessary to succeed

• Ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders for the timely delivery of portfolio development projects
• Customer application insights, technical knowledge of products, standards and certification, strong financial acumen and understanding of production technology capabilities and limitations
• Project Management skills
• Capable of creating content to support the differentiation of your portfolio

• Conducting yourself with the highest ethical and moral standards

Business requirements

• Bachelor and / or preferably Master’s degree from a relevant field of study
• 3+ years experience working in an international position within a Product Management function, preferably in the insulation, HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) or building and construction industry
• Experience in portfolio management and managing product development projects
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Ability to travel up to 10 - 20%
