Senior Sales Lead Scandinavia – Paroc Technical Insulation

About the position

Paroc, our Stonewool business, manufactures and provides insulation material that help consumers and industries reducing their energy consumption. Here at Owens Corning we are fully engaged in reducing our CO2 emission by a series of ongoing investments.

 

We are looking for Sr Sales Lead Scandinavia to join us to to lead the Technical Insulation business within local accounts. In this role you will participate to define the strategy and deliver the strategy execution within HVAC segment.

 

We have a long tradition and established position within Scandinavian market and it being one of the most important areas for our business. You will be responsible of sales and business growth across the region. In this position you will provide leadership to 6 direct reports, who are based in Sweden, Norway and Denmark and continuously developing talent.

  • Leading and motivating a high-performing sales team, staying ahead of industry trends, and continuously improving sales processes to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Playing a central role in the leadership team , contributing to business and organizational development, strategy formulation, and successful implementation.
  • Promoting an inclusive and diverse environment within the organization and actively collaborating with various business partners around the commercial team in the region.
  • Fostering and building strong relationships with key clients and partners across Scandinavian market.
  • Implementing effective sales strategic and tactics tailored to the regions’s nuances by gathering, comprehending, and acting upon relevant data. This includes insights from customers and competitors, as well as economical and industrial data.

  • Analytical mindset and reporting skills; using data to develop and deliver insights in strategy development and connecting the numbers with the markets is essential
  • A continuous improvement mindset to increase efficiency in our sales processes and willilngness to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and best practices in sales management.

Business requirements

 

  • University degree within a relevant field of study like Engineering or Business
  • 7+ years of B2B (technical) Sales and / or Commercial Excellence experience
  • Proven, inspirational Leader with the ability to lead vertically and horizontally in an international environment
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English
  • Location: This is a Remote position, based in the countries Sweden, Norway or Denmark.
  • Travel: maximum 50%
