Schedule-2nd Shift Monday- Thursday 3:00pm- am- 1:30am
Payrate: 19.00 hourly

Job Description:

Receive stack of core, loads core with scissor lift, slides and flips core weighing approx. 30 lb clamps, checks markings on core to determine size and computer code for set-up, punches in code, CNC routes, blows off, Measures down to 16th of a inch, checks and record core with depth gauges tool.  Document daily production - manually, changing saw blades, certified lockout/tag out, use of small hand tools.  Make code adjustments as needed to ensure parts stay in spec.

Scissor lift knowledge and safety procedures, CNC machine preparation, use and maintenance, quality checks for core, where to locate size requirements, lockout/tag out procedure, manual daily documentation process
Scissor lift operation, CNC operating skills, use of depth gauges, use of compressed air, measuring to 16th, performing lockout procedures, blade changes, use of small hand tools.
Moderate level of responsibility, Runs machine with little supervision
Manually slides/flips core (max. 80 lb. per core), stooping, bending, twisting. Standing for long continuous hours.
CNC knowledge needed launching pre-loaded programs. High output demand.
Self-motivated - work alone, minimal communication required.
Mildly controlled environment - can expect cold and heat during extreme weather conditions. High core dust environment.
