Channel Strategy and Performance
- Develop and lead the wholesale channel marketing strategy in alignment with Doors business, brand, product, sales, and growth priorities.
- Translate product marketing positioning and portfolio priorities into clear channel narratives, launch requirements, enablement plans, and investment decisions for distributors and dealers.
- Use market, customer, partner, and performance insights to prioritize audiences, programs, merchandising, and activation opportunities.
- Establish objectives, KPIs, and review routines that connect channel investments to partner adoption, engagement, influence, and business impact, using results to improve future plans.
- Provide strategic leadership for enterprise and wholesale programs, including dealer and partner initiatives.
- Influence and align Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, Category Management, Integrated Marketing, Digital, Customer Experience, Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional partners around channel priorities and requirements.
- Serve as the voice of the channel during commercialization and planning processes, constructively challenging assumptions to improve customer relevance and business outcomes.
- Lead agency and vendor relationships by defining strategy, scope, expectations, and performance standards while overseeing delivery and mitigating risks.
- Build strong marketing relationships with key wholesale distributors, dealers, and sales leaders to understand customer needs, buying journeys, operational realities, and opportunities for mutual growth.
- Guide "to-partner" and "through-partner" marketing strategies that help partners create demand, influence product selection, and win the sale.
- Lead the strategic development of merchandising and showroom programs that strengthen brand presence, support the customer experience, and align with commercial objectives.
- Use voice-of-customer insights and field feedback to continuously improve programs, tools, content, launches, and partner experiences.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Channel Marketing Specialist by establishing clear priorities, decision rights, performance expectations, and development plans.
- Build team capability and accountability while ensuring work is assigned at the appropriate level and leaders remain focused on direction, oversight, and barrier removal.
- Create clarity during organizational change and model collaborative, adaptable, and results-oriented ways of working.
- Own the wholesale channel operating rhythm, including annual planning, prioritization, budget stewardship, resource allocation, status reporting, and risk management.
- Ensure programs, campaigns, product launches, merchandising displays, and partner initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
- Build and enhance repeatable processes, governance, measurement practices, and closed-loop learning that improve speed, consistency, and scalability.
- Promote clear documentation, effective decision-making, and accountability across complex cross-functional workstreams.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Progressive B2B marketing experience with demonstrated responsibility for channel strategy, partner enablement, commercialization, or integrated marketing program leadership.
- Experience leading people, developing talent, and directing work through others.
- Proven ability to influence across functions and organizational levels without direct authority.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to connect customer and channel needs to commercial priorities.
- Demonstrated project and program leadership across multiple stakeholders, priorities, budgets, and deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to operate with agility, sound judgment, and accountability in a changing environment.
- Willingness to travel as business and customer needs require.
- Experience within manufacturing, building products, dealer, distributor, wholesale, or other partner-channel environments.
- Experience with merchandising, showrooms, partner programs, product launches, and "to-partner" and "through-partner" marketing.
- Experience using analytics and performance measurement to evaluate adoption, business impact, and return on marketing investment.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external partners.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or comparable project management training.
