Finance & Accounting Internship Description:
Interns are provided opportunities to demonstrate their functional and business capabilities with meaningful work experience, while expanding their network, and gaining exposure to senior leadership. Our interns increase their financial, accounting, and business knowledge, and gain valuable SAP, Excel, and Power BI experience. Additional details include the following:

  • Throughout the internship you will be located at our World Headquarters in Toledo, Ohio with relocation assistance and subsidized housing
  • Intern assignments are available in areas of Business Unit Finance, Tax, Treasury, Accounting, Economics, and Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Dedicated resources and focused training programs are provided for skill development
  • There will be project management, leadership, and presentation opportunities
  • Mentors and managers will provide on-going guidance and feedback aligned to our core competencies

Selection Criteria:

  • Students who are rising juniors and seniors pursuing degrees in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent field
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Strong analytical and data management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding work ethic and teamwork capabilities
  • Willingness to work in an inclusive environment where all employees are appreciated for their diverse thoughts and uniqueness
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis
