Human Resources Internship Description:
Human Resource internships at Owens Corning are world-class! Successful candidates have the opportunity to build relationships, lead high-impact projects, and drive real change, across a global enterprise as a generalist or a specialist. Interns partner with business leaders on strategic projects while receiving continuous mentoring, development, and feedback from senior leadership. Selection Criteria:
- Students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s with a concentration in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Labor Relations or Business Administration or related field.
- Strong growth mindset and commitment to self-development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate on work output
- Thrives in fast paced, dynamic environment
- Interest in HR leadership roles within a manufacturing setting
- Results-oriented and ability to make decisions
- Uses data analysis to inform decisions
- Ability to manage conflict and ambiguity
Location of Assignment:
Ability and willingness to relocate to Owens Corning U.S. locations for the summer is a requirement for the role. (Relocation assistance is provided).
