PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Owens Corning is focused on delivering best‑in‑class digital product content experiences for our retail partners. The Retail Data Syndication Specialist is accountable for ensuring accurate, complete, and timely product content and data are delivered to external retail endpoints across Lowe’s, The Home Depot, and Menards.
This role is dedicated exclusively to product data syndication and retailer data management, supporting strong brand presence, digital shelf excellence, and sales conversion across priority retail partners. The role provides operational collaboration, thought partnership, and continuous improvement across syndication workflows, audits, and retailer engagement.
This role will be an integral part of the Retail team in supporting Retail’s grow beyond the core strategy.
Reports to: Marketing Leader, The Home Depot
Span of Control: This is an individual contributor role. Requires significant internal cross-functional collaboration as well as customer-facing interactions
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Content & Data Syndication
- Provide data syndication support and partnership across retailers, with an emphasis on Doors but also in connection with Roofing and Insulation, to drive online sales
- Manage item setup, maintenance, refreshes, and updates within retailer systems
- Own delivery and ongoing syndication of product data, specifications, attributes, and digital assets to retail partners
- Ensure retailer‑specific taxonomies, attributes, regulatory data, pricing structures, and content standards are met
Multi-product and multi-retailer audit and data quality management
- Lead and execute routine retailer catalog audits using active product exports
- Prioritize audits based on known issues, marketing initiatives, top‑selling and low‑engagement products
- Review PDPs for accuracy, completeness, enhanced content, and digital assets
- Partner with internal teams to resolve audit findings and recertify corrected items
JOB REQUIREMENTS & CABILITIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, business, related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in product data syndication, e‑commerce content, or retailer data management.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- An understanding of retail product content and digital shelf fundamentals.
- Effective communicator across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Building Materials industry experience preferred
- Successful experience working in a complex matrix environment
- Experience executing marketing campaigns, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, margin management, investments, and channel management

- Able to manage and prioritize multiple activities, projects, and effectively communicate results
- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues
