Area Sales Manager Poland - Paroc Technical Insulation

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager for the West part of Poland (Wrocław, Poznań) to be responsible for the sales of Paroc Technical Insulation. In this position, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of named, existing customer relationships and create long-term demand for our products together with various stakeholders in the value chain, such as designers.
About the position
- Managing sales in your area
- You will be responsible for key customers in your area, take care of cooperation with local retailers and be a contact person for new customers
- Sales development
- You are responsible for the results of the sales of your area in the short and long term
- Influencing the range of products and services. Understanding customer needs and actively communicating them within the company in cooperation with product development and logistics
- Monitoring and influencing regulation, standards and construction practices through various stakeholders

Our expectations from you

- Relevant degree, preferably preferably at university level
- Desire to develop and grow as an expert in value selling
- Readiness to travel in Poland, estimated at 30-40% of working hours
- Experience and / or willingness to learn about Heating, Ventilation and Airconditioning (HVAC) Insulation
- Ability to work in an international matrix organization
- A basic understanding of business management and a desire to learn more
- Good communication and interaction skills, ability to produce materials needed in one's own work
- Ability to lead one's own work and solution-oriented approach
- Fluent in Polish and English
In this position, you will report to the Sr. Sales Lead in Poland and work from your home office.
