We are looking for a Manufacturing Excellence Leader whom will be in charge of Continuous Improvement (CI) inititiatives & lead the deployment of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) across our European Manufacturing network. This opportunity combines regional strategic leadership with hands‑on operational excellence, making it ideal for a leader who can influence at senior level, coach teams on the ground, and turn TPM methodology into real, measurable business results.
About the position
You will drive the successful deployment of the TPM strategy across multiple European sites, ensuring consistent methodology, strong capability development, and sustained performance improvement. You will work closely with regional operations leaders, plant leadership teams, and TPM pillar owners to eliminate losses and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
This is a pivotal role in the success of our business, balancing engaged Regional TPM leader discussion (you have authority to challenge our choices!) with more analytical work to identify and remediate outliers. You will be leading, and coaching teams spread across Europe, who wil provide you support in the decisions you make.

- TPM becomes the default way we manage operations, everywhere.

- Improvements are sustained beyond the initial intervention
- Ultimate win is when teams do NOT depend on TPM lead because they own it
- Leaders and operators speak the same TPM language and use the same standard

- An overt simplifier who can effectively and appropriately distill and reduce complex situations, goals, tasks and opportunities to a workable set of fundamentals so that all team members can understand, align and take action
- Long-term thinker and proactive leader, capable of understanding and translating the big picture to actionable plans and activities
Business requirements
- Minimum Bachelor and / or Master degree. Engineering discipline preferred
- 10+ years of Continous Improvement experience
- Proven technical experience in an international manufacturing environment
- Strong experience in leading Continuous Improvement projects with a background in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and/or TPM
- Proven ability to developing CI strategy, and transforming into practice
- Fluent in English
- International business travel across Europe is part of this opportunity
- Location: Remote or Hybrid in countries Poland, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Lithuania, Germany, Czech Republic. It is also possible to be based from our European sites.
