Location: Hybrid, based from our European Excellence Hub in Vilnius, Lithuania
Scope: Insulation & Nonwovens Europe
Reports to: Customer Support Supervisor

The Customer Support Specialist is a senior, non‑customer‑facing role within our European Excellence Hub, supporting Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) activities through strong system expertise and high‑quality data execution. The role acts as a system and process Subject Matter Expert, enabling efficient, compliant, and stable day‑to‑day operations across multiple European markets.
You will work closely with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Pricing, Warehouses, Global Business Services, and IT, supporting both operational execution and continuous improvement.

- Accurate, reliable, and timely OTC operational data supporting business continuity
- Well‑maintained processes, reports, and KPIs with clear performance visibility
- Effective onboarding and training of new team members
- Strong system expertise supporting SAP, CRM, and EDI usage across the team
- Smooth coordination with internal stakeholders across functions and countries
Key responsibilities
System & process expertise
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for system‑related tools (SAP, CRM, EDI), supporting and enabling their effective use within the team
- Maintain and improve operational processes, reporting, and KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and visibility
- Monitor trends, highlight deviations, and support issue resolution
Operational support & execution
- Support daily Order‑to‑Cash activities, including:
- Resolving EDI order errors
- Intercompany order follow‑up
- Invoice cancellations and corrections
- Credit and debit note processing
- Rebate support
- Proof of Delivery (POD) monitoring
- Maintain and update pricing data based on approved inputs and proactively flag inconsistencies
- Set up, update, and maintain customer, material, freight, and logistics master data in ERP systems
- Support the Supervisor through data preparation, reporting, and operational input
Training & collaboration
- Develop and maintain onboarding materials and training packs
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support system- and data‑related operations
- Promote Owens Corning safety standards and a structured, compliant working environment
Skills and capabilities necessary to succeed
- Strong working knowledge of Order‑to‑Cash processes
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), CRM tools, and EDI environments
- Good understanding of pricing data and invoicing flows
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately with data
- Ability to prepare, maintain, and interpret operational reporting and KPIs
- Strong organizational and knowledge‑transfer skills
- Comfortable working in a back‑office, non‑customer‑facing role
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Education & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in OTC, Order Management, Shared Services, or similar operational environments
- Experience working in a regional or multi‑country setup is an advantage

The gross monthly salary for this role is between 2800 to 3600 EUR gross, with the final offer reflecting your qualifications and experience.
