Role overview

 

You will collaborate with our Business Finance team across Europe and the US headquarters to define, improve, and execute our FP&A processes. This role offers high visibility, and we seek a candidate with growth potential who can efficiently structure and automate processes using digital tools and communicate effectively. Reporting to the EU Finance Director, this position will oversee two analysts.

 

This role is crucial in achieving the vision of One Europe, as we aim to expand support to other European businesses through this organization.

 

What does success look like?

  • Develop Business Savviness: Critically challenge assumptions, connect the dots, and provide clear business outlooks to leadership.
  • Create Strong Processes and Digital Culture: Ensure the organization knows what to deliver and can focus on execution rather than number tracking.
  • Drive FP&A: Forecast and analyze OPEX spend within Europe, leveraging enterprise tools.
  • Coach and Develop: Mentor yourself and the organization, particularly direct reports.
  • Succession Planning: Successful candidates will be included in the succession pipeline for the Business Finance Leader role.

Business requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or finance.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in enterprise finance.
