Location: Hybrid, based from our European Excellence Hub in Vilnius, Lithuania.

The OTC Support Center Supervisor plays a key role within our European Excellence Hub, leading non‑customer‑facing Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) operations. This role combines hands‑on operational execution with day‑to‑day team leadership, ensuring stable, compliant, and high‑quality OTC back‑office processes across multiple countries.

You will lead a team of OTC Support Specialists while actively contributing to daily operations, driving process standardization, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

  • Stable, accurate, and timely execution of Order‑to‑Cash back‑office activities across the region
  • Well‑organized and engaged OTC Support team with clear workloads, priorities, and backup coverage
  • Simplified and standardized processes that reduce rework and improve cycle times
  • High data quality in pricing, master data, and invoicing processes
  • Strong collaboration with Customer Service, Finance, and other internal stakeholders

 

 

Key responsibilities

 

Operational supervision & team leadership

 

  • Supervise and coordinate daily workload and priorities for the OTC Support Specialist team
  • Ensure service continuity, process adherence, and consistent execution
  • Support cross‑training, knowledge sharing, and team development
  • Act as the primary point of accountability for OTC Support processes
  • Promote a compliant, safe, and well‑structured working environment

 

Order‑to‑Cash operational execution

 

  • Perform daily OTC activities, including:

 

Resolving EDI order issues

Intercompany order follow‑up

Invoice cancellations and corrections

Credit and debit note processing

Proof of Delivery (POD) monitoring

Rebate and pricing support

 

  • Maintain and update pricing, customer, material, freight, and logistics master data in ERP systems
  • Proactively identify data inconsistencies and operational risks and drive corrective actions
  • Partner with internal teams on system, pricing, and data‑related topics

 

Skills and capabilities necessary to succeed

 

  • Strong knowledge of Order‑to‑Cash and back‑office processes
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), pricing, invoicing, and EDI topics
  • Proven ability to combine operational execution with team supervision
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and standardization
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a regional, multi‑country environment
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

 

Education & experience

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Experience in OTC, Order Management, Customer Service Operations, or Shared Services
  • Previous experience supervising or coordinating teams is strongly preferred

The gross monthly salary for this role is between 3750 to 4750 EUR gross, with the final offer reflecting your qualifications and experience.
