We are seeking a forward-thinking and adaptable Paralegal to join our in-house legal team. This role will primarily support commercial and corporate legal matters and assist with regulatory compliance, while playing a pivotal role in optimizing legal operations through AI-driven solutions, process automation, and standardization.

- Promoting best practices and knowledge sharing within the legal function.
Skills and Capabilities Necessary to Succeed
- Strong understanding of commercial contracting and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to draft, review, and manage contracts and corporate documents.
- Proficiency in legal technology platforms (e.g., Icertis, e-signature tools) and AI tools for contract analysis and research.
- Analytical, organizational, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Agile mindset to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment.
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
- Full proficiency in English; additional European language is a plus.
Business requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field; Paralegal certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate legal or in-house environment.
- Experience with corporate governance, regulatory filings, and due diligence for transactions.
- Familiarity with enterprise risk management and compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to standardize, automate, and optimize legal processes.
- Trustworthiness and high ethical standards.
- Ability to manage time and workload effectively.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional corporate environment.
- Passion for legal innovation and continuous improvement.

The gross monthly salary for this role is between 3400 to 4200 EUR gross, with the final offer reflecting your qualifications and experience.
