  • Plan, execute, and optimize demand‑generation campaigns across relevant channels, in line with the strategic priorities and growth initiatives, in close collaboration with sales and the digital team.

Budget & performance management

  • Own and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across channels and initiatives, whilst maximizing ROI.
  • Measure and analyze marketing performance (KPIs, ROMI), evaluate campaign effectiveness, and implement optimization actions (e.g. SEO, content optimization, paid media adjustments).
  • Prepare and present clear performance reports and insights to stakeholders, supporting data‑driven decision‑making.

Campaign, content & brand management

  • Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing content (digital, print, social, events), working closely with subject matter experts and regulatory teams to ensure compliance and brand consistency.
  • Protect and enhance the company’s brand image by ensuring consistent messaging, positioning, and visual identity across all touchpoints.

Collaboration & ways of working

  • Act as a strong, knowledgeable marketing partner to the business, working closely with Product Management, Technical, Digital, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Drive alignment across marketing and supporting teams by clarifying ownership, fostering effective collaboration, and maintaining a clear focus on outcomes and impact rather than execution‑only delivery.
  • Work closely with the Communication & Content Manager and Marketing Managers to translate the marketing roadmap into clear content and campaign requirements, ensuring timely, high‑quality execution in line with priorities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes, governance, and standards, including compliance and content validation.

  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
  • Proven experience in campaign management, lead generation, and performance measurement.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and working with agencies and internal specialists.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools and a growth mindset; openness to disruptive approaches to enhance efficiency, insights, and customer impact is positively valued.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a structured and outcome‑focused way.

Education & languages
