 Overview

Package stock and specials entry doors on the cell table, attach labels to doors and move to pallet or rack for wrapping.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines

• Performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials

• Pull doors from the build station to the lift table

• Apply labels and packaging to doors

• Assists a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed

• Multi tasker with good organizational skills for managing stock and/or specials

• Maintain safe and clean work environment • Other duties as assigned Knowledge / Skill / Abilities

• Knowledge of Pneumatic equipment such as Nail Gun, Screw Gun

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, bending, twisting, stooping, excellent dexterity

• Must work at a fast pace where it is physically demanding

• Strong eye/hand coordination. Standing for long continuous hours

• Constant attention to detail and accuracy of material placement

• Concentration on proper lifting and ensure floors are kept free of debris

• Regular attendance and timeliness is an essential function of the job in order to avoid having any disruptions in production and customer service

• Follow all operational and safety SOP’s as written

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or its equivalent, preferred not required

• 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred
