BRAZIL
In 1972, Owens Corning expanded to Brazil, installing our first factory in the industrial district of the city of Rio Claro, where we manufacture various products such as: roving, chopped fiber, blanket, among others. In 2008, we started the activities of our second plant, also in Rio Claro, responsible for the manufacture of technical fiberglass fabrics.

CHILE
In 2014, Owens Corning started operations at Santiago, Chile. Our Distribution Center has consolidated the market as a strategic point for product commercialization.

MEXICO
In 2004, Owens Corning acquired the Fiberglass manufacturing plant in Mexico City, which started operations in 1957. In 2004, we expanded activities in our Tlaxcala, Glass Reinforcements Plant. In 2010, Owens Corning started operations in Monterrey with a new Manufacturing plant responsible for Extruded Polystyrene, Foamular®.
